This week was actually pretty awesome! This week the work went great, yes there was hard parts too but overall it was a pretty good week. The hardest part of the week was when we got a call this week that 3 of our investigadores se van a mudar which was super hard to hear. They no longer live in our barrio and May and I were pretty sad to hear that because they were progressing really well. We just hope that the misioneros there will find them and continue to teach them. But something that I have learned is that you can´t let the hard times slow you down, that is what Satan wants! Keep pushing forward and don´t look back, learn from the hard times.
This week I started off the week in trio with Elder Baldridge and Elder Ayala because Elder May went with Presidente to the templo and everything since he almost goes home. We worked in both areas and it was kind of difficult but it worked out. It was kind of weird being with 2 other misioneros but haha it was only for a couple of days. The best part of the week was that Elder May and I brought our investigator que se va a bautizar this Saturday to the Centro para Visitantes. It was such an awesome experience for them and me as well because it is my first time being to the Centro para Visitantes aca en Mexico. We talked with them a lot about the temple and about the familias eternas. It was such an awesome experience and honestly I felt the Spirit so strong. The families are so important here on Earth. Our Heavenly Father sent us here in a family to grow and support one another. I am so grateful for my family and all the support they show me and the love that I have feel around them. There is no other greater bendicion to live with our families para siempre and nuestro Padre Celestial. We talked with our investigadores, ella es miembro pero el Hno no. We told them that baptism was just the meta, the real meta for them is to enter into the temple as a family and be sealed together forever. There is nothing greater than that oportunidad we have if we esforzarnos en esta vida. I am so grateful for the templo and the blessings that our Heavenly Father has given us here on the Earth to return back to his presencia. He even sent his Son to suffer for our sins that we can repent in this life. Without the repentance we are not going to make it back to our Padre Celestial! For that I am extremely grateful!
Yesterday en la capilla we had success. We had 5 investigators in the capilla and one menos activo surprised us when he showed up to the capilla unexpectedly! Literally we were standing in the door greeting people and he walked and all I could do was smile and give him a hug to see that he had come. He had told us many times that he didn´t want anything with the Iglesia and wanted his time of inactivo but he came yesterday! The Lord is always looking out for us and knows the best for us! It was a good Dia de Reposo! Today for Pday I went with Elder May to one of his areas. It was a good week and hopefully we will have the baptism this Saturday! I will have pictures next week!
